Pricing:
The Fee Schedule shown below is for events with attendance of 300 or fewer people. Events with attendance of greater than 300 will be individually priced. This schedule is subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms:
A damage deposit is due at contract signing and is refundable after the event, contingent upon satisfactory inspection by Fair officials. A down payment of 50% is due at contract signing. Balance due required seven days prior to date of event.

Facilities
*Carlson Pavilion, 40' x 84': $300 per day
*J. Stuart Martin Pavilion, 40’ x 84’: $300 per day
*Rappahannock Electric Cooperative Pavilion, 40' x 84': $300 per day
*James R. Tate, Sr. Agricultural Pavilion, 76’ x 120’: $500 per day
*L. J. Moyer Home Goods Building, 40’ x 120’ (Includes use of 6’ tables (20) and folding chairs (120): $500 per day
Entertainment Pavilion: $500+/day. Contact us for pricing
Parking Lot Area: $200 per day
Exterior lights turn on: $85 per day
Set-up/tear-down days: ½ of daily venue rate
Open/close fee: $50 per day 
Miscellaneous
Tables, 6’: $5 per table per event
Chairs: $1 per chair per event
Bleachers (includes movement/placement): $25 each/event
**Portable Toilet: $100 per day
Portable Corral Panels: $5 per panel/event
Light Tower: $90 per tower per day
*Includes use of parking lot
**One portable toilet required for each 75 attendees
